Donations of any size are welcome. Core bedroom, dining room, living room and office pieces are needed the most. Mattresses, bedding, and other basic necessary home goods are also greatly appreciated and requested often.
We expect to begin shipping in November and December. This allows homeowners 6-8 weeks to complete the basic repairs necessary to make their homes livable or to find temporary housing. We will send you a notice when a ship date is set, and schedule a pickup at that time.
When making a donation please submit the form below along with a list of the items, quantities, and estimated cubes so we can plan logistics. For your privacy and protection, we will send you a contact at Volunteers of America to handle all communications on valuation of goods and services and donation receipts. Goods should be in cartons, or sufficiently well wrapped to protect from damage during transport. If goods have been provided in sets, please provide a list of matched pieces so we can keep the pieces together through transportation and distribution.
